You will ride mountain bikes along the Oku-Tsugaru Trail. With a guide, you will harvest the bounty of the mountains as you ride through the Aomori cypress forests. You will also enjoy a wellness experience in the forest, enjoying the sunlight filtering through the trees and cold springs. You will be served a boxed lunch made with five-grain rice, inspired by the Jomon period throughout the year. Along the route, you will also be shown the remains of the Tsugaru Forest Railway and the settings used in novels by literary master Osamu Dazai. This course is beautiful, with fresh greenery in spring and autumn foliage in autumn.
This mountain bike course runs along the "Dazai Land Course" of the Oku-Tsugaru Trail. Accompanied by a guide, you will experience life in harmony with nature as you collect wild vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, and more in the Aomori cypress forest, one of Japan's three most beautiful forests. You will also enjoy wellness experiences such as sunbeams filtering through the trees and a cold spring, making this a wellness and adventure experience. You will be served a lunch made with five-grain rice, with wild vegetable rice, mushroom rice, and chestnut rice as the main dishes, reflecting the Jomon period throughout the seasons. Additionally, along the route you will also be guided to the remains of the Tsugaru Forest Railway and the setting of a novel by the great writer Dazai Osamu.
