Sneakers or similar are recommended. ・Your belongings will be transported to the changing area free of charge. Large luggage, such as carts, should be stored at a hotel or coin lockers. Do not leave valuables in your costume; keep them with you. The tour is not responsible for lost items. ・If the rented costume is lost or not returned, you will be charged the full cost. ・Changing into the "Haneto" costume takes place in a rented part of a private residence, with separate rooms for men and women. ・After changing, you'll walk to the viewing spot. ・The viewing location is "Ishi no Hana," on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. Restrooms are Japanese-style only. There may be smokers present. ・You may bring your own food and drinks; up to two drinks are free. ・The guide will stay until the end but will not provide explanations of the Nebuta floats.
